Job Description

Responsible for arranging meeting (include preparing snack, meeting room, and meeting reports)
Supporting on daily basis such as gathering data, collecting information from internal and external parties
Supporting on doing marketing research, feasibility analysis, and other necessary activities to support department task objectives
Organizing Commercial documentation (archiving, proof checking, etc)

Requirement

Fresh graduated from Business Economics, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Supply Chain (final semester students with no classes to attend are welcome to apply)
Have a good knowledge about Economic & Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
Have a good communication, report system and attention to detail
