– Develop and implement health improvement plan
– Identify relevant regulations and requirements related to occupational hygiene & health
– Interpret legislative (and technical) requirements, undertake gap assessment and establish programs to reach and maintain compliance
– Establish protocols and policies as needed for risks which require management such as fatigue, drug and alcohol
– Develop, co-ordinate and facilitate health & exposure monitoring surveillance programs
– Coordinating Health Risk Assessment (HRA) of Occupational Health in Polytama Propindo
– Collecting, analyze and identification Occupational Disease of Occupational Health Report
– Min. 7 years in similar role, preferably with petrochemical manufacturing experience
– Tertiary qualified in Science, Health or related field
– Certification to relevant health or occupational hygiene associations
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including building relationships
– Proactive, resourceful, innovative with system development and execution
– Experience and capability in designing management system documentation, process flows and framework
– Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
– Contract based
