Technical Support

Provide high-quality technical services both for software and hardware to employee
Analyzing and clarifying employee queries through troubleshooting and researching existing knowledge base known issues

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Information Systems, Networking, or related discipline
Min. 2 years experience as Technical Support
Required skills: Cisco or Mikrotik, Windows, Linux, Office
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with new and evolving technologies
Have a good communication and high sense of responsibility & accountability
Ability to provide timely responses and follow up systematically
A natural problem solver with a positive attitude and love for helping others
Have a driving license is a must
