Responsible for procedures, standards, safe work practices development based on relevant government regulations, industry best practices, national/international standards
Design and conduct inhouse HSE related trainings (including development of training modules)
Act as catalyst for building HSE culture within organisation
Requirement
Candidates must have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or Occupational Health and Safety
Minimum 7 years’ experience HSE system implementation and development
Strong HSE mindset with ability to understand and recite relevant standards
Professionally certified in Occupational Health and Safety
Familiar with auditing process
Certified as trainer (BNSP certification)
Capable of developing training modules and manage inhouse trainings
Understand industry best practices in HSE, particularly Petrochemical/Oil & Gas industry
Capable of developing HSE standards and procedures
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Structured work and enjoy working with plans and planning
A highly motivated self-starter (must be capable of working unsupervised and performing at a high level in a safety critical role
Process-based and analytical thinking (PDCA cycle)
