Product Development Engineer

Job Description

Perform product improvement, optimization, and development activities
Conduct selection and evaluation of supporting materials for products and processes
Handle laboratory trials and plant trials
Support investigation and resolution of customer complaints related to product performance
Prepare technical reports and documentation related to development activities

Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in a petrochemical company
Strong understanding of: material science, manufacturing processes, quality testing, product development methodologies
Good analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail
Able to work collaboratively across functions
Willing to be placed in Balongan, West Java
