In line with Polytama’s vision of “To become a strong and dynamic leader of Polypropylene Producers in Indonesia, oriented to customer and stakeholder satisfaction” and the company’s values to cultivate a safe, healthy and safe work environment, Polytama is committed to improving work safety aspects from time to time. This was realized one of them through the Kick Off Meeting Building Safety Culture And Streengthening PSM Implementation on June 14, 2022.
This Kick Off marks the start of the Continuation of the Year Program. Previously, which was completed at the end of 2021, the follow-up program for the next 12 (twelve) months until March 2023 will contain 3 initiatives (Workstream) namely: 1. Catastrophic Incidents Mitigation Campaign, 2. Develop Leaders and Frontine In Operation Risk Management and 3. Strengthen Governance, Integration & Accountability For Sale Operation This event took place in a Hybrid at the Head Office and at the Plant Site directly and was attended by all Polytama Directors, as well as ASEAN DSS Director MR.Johan van Der Westhuyzen and Employees / Ti Polytama. Meanwhile, this program is managed by the Steering Committee and begins with the READY MOMENT delivered by the Production Manager, Mr. Zulhadi.
On this occasion, the President Director of Polytama, Mr. Didik Susilo, also expressed his hope for all parts of Polytama to be able to support and be committed to carrying out the transformation of safety culture through the DSS program.
