Pellet is a virgin polypropylene material that has been through the melting process in pelletizing extruder.
Under the trademark brand Masplene®, Polytama deliver materials and products that are key to advanced solutions to modern challenges, such as extruded sheets, transparent film, yarn, fiber, and injection molding grade polypropylene.
Polytama’s polypropylene products are certified Halal by the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).
Plastic Granule
Granule is Polytama’s innovative product that has been marketed since August 2017. This product utilized idle bulk over-capacity extruder capacity. Granule is made up of particles formed as a result of the progressive enlargement of primary particles. This product innovation was Polytama’s breakthrough strategy to create an niche market amid fierce market
competition for polypropylene products in Indonesia. Granule is the first and the only one produced in Indonesia. Therefore, Polytama continues to actively introduce, educate, and penetrate the product to the market.
Market & Distribution
Polytama focuses on the domestic market that is experiencing excess demand, which indirectly we support the government in terms of saving on foreign exchange needs for imports of polypropylene products.
Having the trademark brand Masplene® that has been well-known by customers for a long time, Polytama continues to grow to meet the needs of polypropylene resin in Indonesia.
Geographically, the location of the Polytama plant in Indramayu is strategically positioned to reach the increasing demand for polypropylene products from the packaging industry and fast moving customer goods sectors. Along with the market penetration efforts to find new customers or distributors, Polytama continues to expand its distribution and transportation network.
