Polytama Whistleblowing System (WBS) is a system designed to manage human, infrastructure, and financial resources related to complaint handling, which is managed with the principles of trust, impartiality, and protection to optimize the participation of Polytama’s people and the community in exposing Fraud & Irregularities that occur within Polytama.

Any received complaints, Polytama is obliged to give attention and conduct a follow-up to each complaint.

As a form of personal privacy protection for the Whistleblower, each report will be received by an independent party who will analyze and ask for more detailed information to the Whistleblower to be submitted to Polytama’s WBS Team. Afterwards, Polytama will do follow-up on the complaint, in accordance with the applicable rules within the Company.

Good Management and Handling of complaints are expected in order to support the creation of effective Corporate Governance Principles, as well as creating a clean and healthy Company Environment from Fraud & Irregularities, and increasing efforts on ethical behaviour in running/managing the Company.
