Prepare for maintenance activities in the Bulk area in accordance with established procedures to ensure safe execution
Request or provide additional samples as per-SAR, and collect flake, donor solution, and catalyst mud samples for laboratory testing
Receive propylene and other additives to ensure quality and quantity compliance.
Operate Bulk area production equipment as per procedures
Inspect and record Bulk equipment conditions to ensure performance meets standards.
Record raw material and additive usage to monitor against set limits
Prepare Bulk activity reports in the logbook for each shift
Requirement
Diploma (D3) in Chemical Engineering, or Vocational High School (SMK) graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the petrochemical industry or similar field
Knowledge of safety and operational procedures in industrial environments
