Specifically in Friendly Golf Game this year, Polytama used the opportunity to meet, greet, and giving appreciation to customers as well as introduce new features for MASPLENE® Digital World through a launch event to customers.
With taking forward on best service for customer convenience and satisfaction based on quality of 4.0, Polytama innovates in the digital realm by releasing new features as part of the Masplene® Digital World which includes Online Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. The inauguration event which took place in a hybrid manner on 16 December 2021 received a positive response from the participants who attended the event.
