PT Polytama Propindo (Polytama) ended the year with the achievement of the Company Performance Rating Program in Environmental Management (PROPER) EMAS rating for the fourth time from the Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan (KLHK).The prestigious Gold PROPER award was bestowed by the Vice President of the Republic of Indonesia, Mr. Ma’ruf Amin, and received by Mr. Taufik Aditiyawarman, President
Director of PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional, representing the Refining & Petrochemical Subholding. Also present at the award ceremony were Mrs. Nicke Widyawati, President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero), and Mr. Didik Susilo, President Director of Polytama.As a leading producer of polypropylene plastic resins in Indonesia, Polytama has consistently demonstrated innovation and commitment to environmental stewardship since achieving its first Gold PROPER award in 2020. This year’s achievement further solidifies its dedication, with a theme centered on “Sinergi Apik – Mari Bijak Pakai Plastik untuk Bumi Lebih Estetik”.
Polytama is one of 79 companies that received Gold PROPER in 2023.Through the fourth time of achievement, Polytama does not stop to continue to maintain and present innovations that have benefits for the environment. Hopefully this achievement can be a motivation for the Company to continue to maintain its commitment to environmental sustainability.
