Indramayu, April 26, 2022- PT Polytama Propindo holds a routine activity held every month of Ramadan, which is named “Polytama Sharing for the Children of the Country”. According to the theme, this activity is filled with social agendas. As in 2022, Polytama is again targeting dozens of orphans and poor people who live in three villages in the ring one area of the Plant Site.
Polytama has distributed a total of 350 gifts to orphans and poor people in three villages in the Juntinyuat sub-district, including Limbangan, Lombang and Tinumpuk villages. The three villages are in the ring one area of the Polytama Plant Site, which is located in Limbongan Village. In addition, Polytama also distributed the gifts through the community empowerment sector to be distributed to those in need.
Mr. Dwinanto Kurniawan as Corporate Secretary of GM Polytama said that this gift was a form of the Company’s concern for the surrounding community.
Although the value is not too large, it is hoped that the gift can help ease the recipient, especially when welcoming holidays or Eid. The gifts were also given to ask for public prayers following the development and expansion of the Plant in the same location. “I believe the prayers of orphans and poor people will encourage Polytama in its development plan for sustainable progress. If Polytama is more advanced, the positive impact will definitely be felt directly by the people of Indramayu,” added Mr. Dwinanto.
