Continuing its commitment to strengthen synergy, Polytama participated in Indonesia’s largest international exhibition for the plastic and rubber processing and machinery industry, Plastic & Rubber Indonesia 2024.
As one of hundreds of exhibitors, Polytama presented a booth featuring an interior design inspired by the production plant site at its Indramayu facility. This concept allowed visitors to experience a glimpse of the environment at Polytama’s production site, a leading producer of polypropylene (PP) resin marketed under the well-known brand Masplene®️.
The booth design also aimed to expand Masplene®️’s brand identity while serving as a strategic platform to promote Polytama’s second plant expansion, known as the Polypropylene Plant Balongan (PPB). This expansion project will double Polytama’s current production capacity to reach 600 KTA, solidifying its position as a key player in the industry.
Through its participation in this event, Polytama communicated to visitors its readiness to support the growing demand for polypropylene resin (PP) through the PPB expansion project. The PPB project will also enable Polytama to introduce a new range of PP products, including Random Copolymer, Block Copolymer, and Terpolymer, which can be developed into final product applications previously unavailable in Polytama’s portfolio.
Polytama was also honored to be selected as one of the companies featured in the seminar series held during Plastic & Rubber Indonesia 2024. Polytama’s presentation, titled “Sustainable Technologies and Practices in The Plastics Industry: Insights from Masterbatch and Petrochemical Perspectives,” highlighted innovations in sustainability and technological advancements in the industry. Additionally, Polytama was invited to participate in the Pod Cez segment, a key program of the exhibition that showcased cutting-edge ideas and technologies in plastic recycling and the circular economy.
