Strengthening the Spirit of Togetherness to Move Forward with Customers
Denpasar, August 23, 2024 – PT Polytama Propindo (Polytama) warmly welcomed loyal customers of Masplene®, Polytama’s polypropylene (PP) resin product, amidst the stunning natural beauty of Bali during the annual gathering event titled “Masplene® Customer Gathering 2024.” The event, attended by over 80 participants from 41 loyal Masplene® customer companies, spanned three days and featured a wide range of activities aimed at strengthening the synergy between Polytama and its loyal customers.
A. Transparency as the Key to a Strong Commitment to Synergy
Under the theme “Stronger Commitment Delivering Results, Let’s #SynergizetoGrow,” Polytama invited customers to jointly enhance their commitment and maintain synergy to grow together with Polytama, supporting the future growth of the polypropylene and petrochemical business in Indonesia.
The highlight of the event took place during the Gala Dinner on the second night, where Polytama shared important updates with customers, including the handover ceremony between the outgoing President Director for the 2013 period, Mr. Didik Susilo, and the current President Director of Polytama, Mr. Joko Pranoto.
On this occasion, Polytama, represented by its Board of Directors, also presented the company’s future plans as part of the Pertamina Group, including an update on the production capacity expansion project, named the “Polypropylene Plant Balongan” or “PPB.” This PPB project will enable Polytama to produce up to 600,000 MTA of PP resin, which is expected to enhance Polytama’s ability to meet the domestic demand for polypropylene.

Masplene® Customer Gathering 2024 is a tangible expression of Polytama’s appreciation for its customers, particularly the “Top 50 Loyalist Masplene® Customers,” who have demonstrated extraordinary loyalty throughout Polytama’s journey. Through the Masplene® Customer Gathering, Polytama also aims to strengthen the long-term relationships that have been established, ensuring solid collaboration and reinforcing synergy to continue driving mutual growth and success in the future.
