Jakarta, May 25, 2022, Polytama received the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) Award from the Minister of Manpower (Menaker) Ida Fauziyah at the award ceremony which took place in Jakarta some time ago.
This achievement is a form of acknowledgment that the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) standards at Polytama is considered to have been running well and optimally. This achievement was proven by Polytama through the acquisition of Gold Certificates and Gold Flags with an achievement rate of 92.77% for the Advanced Level category.
The stages of implementing the (SMK3) Management System include setting policies, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating performance, as well as reviewing the performance of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) and followed by improving the performance of (SMK3).
It is hoped that this achievement can encourage the enthusiasm of all Polytama people to implement K3 implementation in all aspects of work in order to realize, maintain & improve a healthy, safe, safe and environmentally friendly work environment.
In line with the Company’s Core Values, namely SIAP, where one aspect of it, namely (“Safety”), is a manifestation of the Company’s commitment which is always applied in Polytama daily life. This form of commitment is also created and is in line with the K3 aspect through other awards including from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemnaker RI), namely the Zero Accident Award which was achieved with the achievement of 19,841,304 working hours without work accidents from October 1, 1995 until December 31, 2021.
