Polypropylene Plant Balongan (“PPB”) Project DFC FEED and EPC Work

Pre-qualification (”PQ”) Result Announcement

Whereas today, Tuesday December Sixth Two Thousand Twenty-Two (06-12-2022), the Polypropylene Plant Balongan (“PPB”) Project DFC FEED and EPC Work PQ Evaluation has been completed.

The basis for PQ evaluation:

1. PQ Instruction Document No. PPPB/PCM/PQU/2022-0144 dated August 29th 2022.
2. PQ Meeting and Q&A Summary on September 6th 2022.
3. Supplementary Notice (SN) No. 1 email dated September 20th, 2022, SN No. 2 email dated September 26th, 2022, SN No. 3 email dated September 29th, 2022 and SN No. 4 email dated October 4th, 2022.
4. PQ Proposal and clarification received from the following PQ participants:
   
   1. Hyundai Engineering Co., Ltd. – PT Wijaya Karya (Persero)
   2. China National Chemical Engineering Group Corporation Ltd. (“CNCEC”) – PT Timas Suplindo
   3. Tecnimont SpA – PT Tripatra Engineers And Constructors – PT Waskita Karya (Persero)
   4. JGC Holdings Corporation – PT JGC Indonesia – PT PP (Persero)
   5. Samsung Engineering Co., Ltd. – PT Adhi Karya (Persero)
   6. Lotte Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. – PT Enviromate Technology International

Evaluation Result

Referring to the above PQ evaluation basis, the following Consortium have PASSED and therefore will be invited to the subsequent tendering process:
