PT Polytama Propindo (Polytama) closed 2024 and stepped into 2025 with a renewed spirit of synergy. As an expression of gratitude for its achievements throughout 2024 and to commence 2025 with even stronger collaboration, Polytama held a special event titled “2024 Year-End & 2025 New Year Ceremony.” The event, held at the Finished Goods Warehouse – 1 at Polytama’s Plant Site, was attended by Polytama employees both in person and virtually on New Year’s Eve.
The ceremony featured the signing by Polytama’s Board of Directors on the final product packaged in 2024 and the first product packaged in 2025.
A total of six signed products were designated for random distribution to customers of Polytama’s flagship product, marketed under the well-known Masplene® brand. Customers who receive these special signed products will also receive exclusive gifts as a token of appreciation. Through this initiative, Polytama aims to strengthen the spirit of collaboration and inspire excellence in the year ahead.
Following the ceremony, the Board of Directors continued their agenda by visiting the Inside Battery Limit (ISBL) operational area. This visit was not only a gesture of appreciation for employees working during the New Year’s Eve shift but also an effort to ensure the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of Polytama’s facilities. The presence of the leadership team provided an additional motivational boost for employees on this special night.
Commitment to Employee Welfare
As part of its dedication to employee well-being and comfort, Polytama symbolically distributed workplace amenities, including ergonomic health chairs and work bags. This initiative reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to supporting the productivity and welfare of its workforce, which it regards as its greatest asset in achieving its vision and mission.
Looking Ahead to 2025
The year-end ceremony also marked a significant moment for Polytama to embrace 2025 with a renewed spirit of synergy and innovation. Building on the extraordinary accomplishments of 2024, Polytama is committed to moving forward with optimism, including advancing its contributions to the nation through the expansion of the Polypropylene Plant Balongan (PPB) project. This ambitious project aims to double Polytama’s production capacity to 600,000 KTA, further solidifying its position as a key player in the petrochemical industry and driving growth in domestic polypropylene production.
