Indramayu, 14 June 2024 – In the spirit of togetherness and a sense of care, PT Polytama Propindo (Polytama) shows its commitment to the environment and local communities by donating Qurban animals in Indramayu. Polytama contributed 13 goats and one cow to various locations in Indramayu, including villages in the Ring-1 area of the Polytama Plant Site such as Lombang Village and Limbangan Village. The donations also reached governmental institutions ranging from the Indramayu Resort Police (Polres) to the Indramayu Regional Government (Pemda).
The commitment to embrace the celebration of Eid al-Adha 1445H is part of Polytama’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, which has been routinely conducted year after year. This donates of Qurban animals aims to support the welfare of the community, particularly in the vicinity of Polytama’s operational area in Indramayu. Beyond being an act of social care, this initiative also fosters unity and solidarity among the people of Indramayu. Through the donation of Qurban animals, Polytama aims to actively contribute to the joy of Eid al-Adha while making a tangible difference in the community’s well-being.
The distribution of Qurban animals was conducted by the Polytama Corporate Secretary teamby visiting the nine recipient locations directly from one place to the other place. M. Andri Nugroho, Corporate Secretary Manager of Polytama, emphasized that these annual activities aim to foster stronger relations between Polytama and the local community and institutions. “We are grateful to share happiness during Eid al-Adha with the people of Indramayu. Through the distribution of Qurban animals, we aim to enhance our relationship with the local community,” he said.
