
Jakarta, March 25, 2025 – Reinforcing its commitment to safety and sustainability, PT Polytama Propindo (Polytama) has demonstrated excellence in implementing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across its operations at the 2025 Indonesia Best Companies in HSE Implementation Awards, organized by SWA Media Group.
Based on the jury’s assessment, Polytama was recognized for its outstanding performance in fostering a safe and sustainable work environment. The company was named among the top-performing organizations in HSE implementation and received a certificate of achievement during the awarding ceremony. Polytama was also invited to participate as a speaker in the accompanying talk show and sharing session.
In its first-ever participation in this award event, Polytama earned the “Very Good” rating. The evaluation covered six key aspects: Leadership, Strategy, Stakeholders, Workforce, Operations, and Results, and was conducted by a panel of judges representing various independent institutions.

It also highlights the importance of recognizing companies that successfully uphold top-tier occupational health and safety standards,” said Syawaludin Azwar, Director of Polytama. He emphasized that HSE culture should not be viewed merely as a set of procedures, but rather as a shared mindset embraced by all employees. At Polytama, several safety initiatives have already been digitized to support this culture.Examples include the “Kartu OK” (Safety Observation Card) program and the “Pojok K3” (HSE Corner) podcast series, which is designed to disseminate information and raise awareness about occupational safety.In addition to the award ceremony, the event featured a talk show where representatives from various companies shared best practices in implementing occupational safety management. Polytama contributed as one of the speakers, sharing insights on how the company strengthens its safety culture through top management’s leadership and commitment.
