As a series of activities to celebrate Hari Peduli Sampah Nasional(HPSN) 2023, Polytama welcomed the bicycle marathon team at Tjimanoek Ecoriparian on Tuesday, February 14, 2023.
The event titled “Jelajah Bersih Negeri” was attended by the Director General of PSLB3 KLHK RI Rosa Vivien Ratnawati and Indramayu Regent Hj. Nina Agustina, S.H., M.H., C.R.A..
The event end with the main agenda of releasing the bicycle tour team, who would continue the marathon to Jakarta, During this event the guests also had the opportunity to taste Jinten Tea, a product of the I-Masaro program supported by Polytama. The event also featured with the inauguration of eco-paving and the handover of assistance by KLHK RI and Pertamina.
On the day of Hari Peduli Sampah Nasional (HPSN) 2023, Polytama through its CSR program on waste sorting program, named Indramayu Manajemen Sampah Zero (I-Masaro), by doing engagement activities together with the I-Masaro community which is planned to start heading towards independence this year in the form of “Kreasi Barang Bekas dan Kebersihan Lingkungan competition”. This activity aims to build motivation in the local community in preserving the environment through proper waste management.
During the event which was attended by more than 100 participants, the Polytama CSR Team officially exited the I-Masaro program by providing independence to the I-Masaro group in the form of jinten tea selling equipment, such as Jinten Tea Carts, cup sealer machines, coolboxes, dispensers etc., These can be utilized by the group as a source of collective income and develop jinten tea products into superior products from the I-Masaro group.
