Polytama has once again achieved remarkable recognition by earning an award for its innovative Good Housekeeping (GHK) program. This accolade is not merely about cleanliness but is the result of breakthrough innovations that integrate occupational safety requirements and environmental care into the company’s work culture.
The award, presented by PT Pertamina (Persero), recognizes Polytama’s commitment as part of the Pertamina Group in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable workplace. The GHK program is designed not only to maintain the aesthetic quality of the work environment but also to ensure the implementation of occupational safety standards and the sustainability of surrounding ecosystems. Polytama earned the top position among three Pertamina Group companies with the best achievements, setting a new benchmark for operational excellence.
Through its tagline, “Good Housekeeping, Good Vibes!” Polytama inspires all stakeholders to embrace cleanliness as a shared cultural value. The award was received by the President Director of Polytama Propindo and was presented by Salyadi Saputra, Director of Strategy, Portfolio, and Business Development at Pertamina, during the celebration of Pertamina’s 67th anniversary.
Polytama conducted a thorough self-assessment to evaluate the implementation of GHK within the company. In September, the program underwent a verification process conducted by PT Kilang Pertamina Internasional. This final verification stage by PT Pertamina (Persero) marked the conclusion of the Good Housekeeping competition.
Sr. Expert III Center of Excellence at PT Pertamina (Persero), Mr. Juli Rusjanto, who served as the Lead Verifier during the self-assessment phase, praised Polytama’s GHK implementation. He described it as an excellent and positive step for the company to demonstrate its commitment to environmental cleanliness, energy efficiency, and creating a safe and comfortable work environment.
“We hope this becomes a behavioral norm for all Polytama employees, guided by the 3M concept: Start Small, Start with Yourself, and Start Now,” he remarked.
