Polytama successfully held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) for the financial year 2020 and the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) 2021 at the Head Office of Polytama. Taking highly consideration on current pandemic conditions, the meeting took place with the implementation of strict Covid-19 protocol, starting from restrictions on participants attending in person, Rapid Antigen examination for all participants, mandatory use of KN-95 masks, to airborne disinfectants that were continuously turned on throughout the meeting. Also attending this meeting were the Board of Directors and Commisioners of PT Polytama Propindo, PT Tuban Petrochemical Industries, along with notaries. The meeting ended smoothly and successfully as scheduled. Hopefully, from this meeting, Polytama can continue to develop into nation’s best Petrochemical Company.
