The awarding ceremony with the theme ‘Conference & Awarding The Best CEO 2022 18th Indonesia Best CEO Forum Commanding Growth Strategy Amidst Global Crisis Challenge’ was conducted in a hybrid format to delve deeper into the selection of The Best CEO 2022 and to showcase best practices of several top CEOs in the country in leading their companies.The webinar was started by the opening speech of Kemal E. Gani, Group Chief Editor of SWA Media, and continued with session 1 discussion with the theme ‘Commanding Growth Strategy Amidst Global Crisis Challenge’ with two speakers: Michael Hardinata, Director of PT Mitra Cipta Hardi Elektrindo and Elisa Lumbantoruan, CEO of PT ISS Indonesia. Then the second session was titled ‘Kontekstualisasi Konsep The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership.
