PT Polytama Propindo (Polytama) concluded 2024 on a high note with significant milestones. At an event attended by over 100 business partners, Polytama officially launched its E-Procurement application and implemented the ISO 37001-based Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP). These initiatives represent Polytama’s strong commitment to supporting transparency, efficiency, and accountability in procurement processes while strengthening synergistic relationships with its partners.
In his opening remarks, Polytama’s President Director, Joko Pranoto, highlighted the importance of these innovations. “Today, we launch the E-Procurement application, which ensures transparency and efficiency in procurement processes, along with the implementation of the ISO 37001-based Anti-Bribery Management System. These steps are expected to ensure more open, efficient, and controlled procurement processes, improve company performance, and provide equal opportunities for all our partners,” said Joko.
Digital transformation continues to drive innovation across industries, including procurement. Traditional procurement processes often face challenges such as inefficiency, administrative errors, and potential irregularities that can harm a company’s reputation. To address these issues, Polytama introduced the E-Procurement application, designed to simplify procurement management through an automated, integrated, and transparent system.

In addition to launching the E-Procurement application, Polytama implemented the ISO 37001-based Anti-Bribery Management System (SMAP), which is designed to detect, prevent, and manage bribery risks effectively.
